It is the responsibility of the travellers to the Youth Football Festival 2009 - Hungary that they respect the rules of entering the country. The YFF management does not bear responsibility for those who do not meet the requirements of entering the Hungarian Republic.
Concerning the responsibility for teams which are coming from countries whose citizens need Visas to entering to the Republic of Hungary and the question of responsibility for teams which do not appear by the start of the YFF 2009 - Hungary
It is the responsibility of each team that they respect the rules of entering the Republic of Hungary. If the team (coach, players, accompanants) - from any reason - is not able to enter the Republic of Hungary, and cannot appear in the place of the Festival (city of Kaposvar), or in the Airport of Budapest, Vienna, or Bratislava (if it was notified with the YFF organisers) than the YFF organizers do not take any responsibility for any damages or loss. The organizers of the YFF do not have any payback guaranties in this case, and they do not have any further responsibility.
This rule especially concerns teams from Africa, which applying, and registering to the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival , and from any reasons - VISA problems, other financial problems - are not able to travel to Hungary, or enter the Republic of Hungary.
For those teams which have registered in the Youth Football Festival 2009 - Hungary (paid in the registration fee, paid in the accommodations fee, etc.) but do not receive Visas to the Republic of Hungary, or for any reason are not able to appear in the festival, or from any reason they cannot enter the Republic of Hungary the organizers of the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival do not bear any responsibility, do not take any payback guaranty, or compensation for damages or loss.
It means, that the teams which have applied to the Youth Football Festival 2009 - Hungary have to know the Visa process, and that chance they take, if they can get Visa to the Republic of Hungary, or not, or can appear in the beginning of the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival 2009 - Hungary (on 22:00 hour 19th of July, 2009) or not. For the damages which may results from that fact, that the team, or some delegate does not receive Visas to the Republic of Hungary, and cannot enter Hungary, or from any case cannot appear on the place of the Festival (city of Kaposvar) till 22.00 hours, 22nd of July, 2009, the YFF organizers do not bear responsibility. In this case the YFF organizers reject all claim for damages, do not take payback guaranties for the paid in fees, and other costs. All teams have to be able to get Visas to the Republic of Hungary on their own; the teams are responsible for all required documents, etc. the organizers of the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival can only send an Invitation Letter to the teams, but to collect all documents, and going through the Visa process with the Embassy of Hungary, and the Central Immigration Office of Hungary, is the responsibility of the teams themselves.
