For teams willing to participate in the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival it is fundamental to contact the organizers of the tournament as soon as possible.
You can register your team to the YFF 2009 - Kaposvár, Hungary until 10 May, 2009.
You can register by using the enclosed form on our web page or by filling out the entry form and sending it back to us. We will inform you immediately after we accept your registration. Maximum 30 days after the registration (sending back the form, or registration by web page) the team has to pay the registration fee to the organizers via bank transfer. The registration fee is 10% of the accommodations price. The registration fee will be part of accommodations expenses, so the registration fee is not an extra fee, this is 10% of the fees. Then, by the accommodations transfer, you pay only the remaining 90% of all fees. The registration will be official when the registration fee has been paid in (via bank transfer) to the organizers. We cancel the registration of that teams which after 90 days of the registration do not pay in (via bank transfer) the official registration fee. Obviously, the team that qualifies early and pays the registration fee will have some advantages concerning accommodations and will also have a better choice of entertaining facilities and other kinds of programs. Another reason for early contact with the chief organizers of the festival is that in groups of certain ages the number of participant teams is limited. Thus, it can happen that months before the deadline of the payment of the registration fee in groups of certain ages the appointed number of teams will reach the limit, and the team will not be able to join the festival in the appropriate age group.
Of course we do not expect the teams to have a final correct number of participants (team leaders, players, parents, etc.) when the team pays in the 10% of accommodations fee. This is only an approximate number for us for calculation and reservation of the hostels and hotels.

Registration deadline: 10 May, 2009.
Registration fee: 10 % of accommodations fee (without bus transfer fee if the team chooses also bus transfer service)
Accommodation fees, transfer fees: should be paid by bank transfer by 30th May, 2009
