The registration deadline is 10th of May 2010, so after this deadline we will not be able to accept qualifying requests due to the safety requirements of the festival. This is the deadline for paying in the registration fee (bank transfer).
The registration fee is 10% of accommodations price. The registration fee will be part of accommodations expenses.
30th of May, 2010
Full payment for the accommodations and meals (the previously calculated and mutually accepted fee for each team individually), and payment for the bus transfers arranged on request (bank transfer).
18th of July, 2010
Arrival day for the participating teams, until 22:00 (10 PM).
