We make arrangements with each team and association regarding YFF participation concerning accommodations, meals, transportation, etc. Thus, we can consider the special wishes of each team if expressed in advance.
A further condition of taking part in the festival is that the teams make the payment for their accommodations and meals on the basis of formal agreement with the organizing committee on their category and type. The participation fees depend on the category of accommodations but they do not differ within a category. 30th of May 2009 is the deadline for paying for accommodations and meals. All these fees should be paid by bank transfer.
The participating teams can choose from 4 categories of accommodations. The YFF can offer the following categories:
a; In school classroom. Bring your own sleeping bag and mattress. Each team has 1-2 romm(s) to itself. The schools are located 5-10 minutes from the city centre by foot. We offer these schools for those teams who want minimum level services.
b; In lower level (old buildings) school hostels in rooms with 3-6 beds with linen, a blanket and a pillow, a shower and a toilet in the corridor, with locks for the bags and personal belongings. Rooms have old furniture and equipment. The hostels are located about 5-10 minutes from the city centre. We offer these hostels for those teams who wants basic level services.
c; In newly built school hostels in rooms with 2-4 beds with linen, a blanket and a pillow, a shower and a toilet in the room, with locks for the bags and personal belongings. Rooms have modern furniture and equipment. The hostels are located about 10-15 minutes from the city centre by public transportation. The teams do not have to pay for public transportation and also can use the free Festival Buses.
d; In three-star hotels (in rooms with 2,3 and 4 beds, depending on the hotel. Rooms with linen, a blanket, a pillow with a toilet and a bathroom inside the room, wardrobes, television, telephone, mini-bar). Hotels are located in the city centre of Kaposvár.
The organizers of the YFF provide all participants with standard meals, 3 times a day.
Participants of the YFF can only be put up in accommodations sites offered by the chief organizers of the tournament. If any of the teams wishes to arrange accommodations seperately, they have to pay 25 EUR / match day / person by 30th of May 2009, by bank transfer to the YFF bank account.
In case requested, we can provide the teams with accommodations and meals for extra programs, for maximum one one week before and/or after the festival. (For example, relaxing at Lake Balaton, a one- or more-day sightseeing tour in Budapest, trips round Hungary, boat trips on the Danube, horse-riding, horse-archery, etc.)
Transfers
We can offer 4 possibilities for teams coming from any airport:
a; Transfer from Budapest Airport (Ferihegy), or from the railway station
b; Transfer from Balaton (Flybalaton) Airport
c; Transfer from Bratislava (Slovakia) Airport or from railway station
d; Transfer from Vienna (Austria) Airport, or from railway station
For these bus transfers, the teams are required to pay.
